District 20: Raskin winning big

With 59% reporting in the State Senate race:

Raskin 64%
Ruben 36%

Meanwhile, in the House of Delegates race, with 48% reporting:

Mizeur 20%
Hixson 19%
Hucker 18%
Klein 18%
Lessley 11%

Does anyone know why the same district has a different number of precincts reporting?
